Maybe Mayweather won't, but I think he can.

Mayweather was the first to Stop a prime P4P undefeated Corrales. He was the first to Stop P4P undefeated Hatton, he was the first to stop undefeated Jesus Chavez.

And also, Mosley is not the same Mosley who fought Forrest, he is old, and slower now.

Whilst I am picking Mayweather tonight I think it will be far from an embarrassment. Also mayweatherwill never ko mosley unless the man is truely past it

Becuase I don't think Mayweather has the needed power or workrate to KO Shane. Mosley has a very-very good chin and Mayweather is generally not active enough to achieve an accumulation KO.

This is why I will be very surprised if he does manage to KO Mosley.

Money will do the same to Mosley that he did to Marquez -- render him impotent and score enough to get a UD. He won’t beat him; he’ll negate him. By round eight Shane should be singin' "I CAN'T GET STARTED WITH YOU"

Yeah. If The Viper could not do it who was arguably as fast as Shane at the present time, more powerful and just as accurate with his shot selection as Floyd is then Floyd has no shot in hell. Vernon threw the kitchen sink with pipes and all attached and Mosley still got up and finished the fight. That uppercut would have NES Ring King'ed anybody else.

although the possibility of PBF knocking out Mosely is remote, you have to consider that the bargaining leverage for PBF/Pacquiao would tilt in Floyds' direction IF he somehow got the KO.

To those saying PBF will stop Shane forget about it. If Shane couldnt be stopped whilst fighting his entire fight with Forest with a concussion, brittle hand Floyd who's not a puncher sure isnt going to be the first.

KO no. But could you see Shanes corner throwing in the towel if he was shutout and it was heading to the later rounds? Unlikely..yes, but possible.

Thats like Wayne McCullough's corner throwing a towel in. Its just not going to happen. Forget about it.

I agree its not happening, but for anyone saying Mayweather stops him, thats the most likely way its going to happen.

Consider this. Shanes NEVER been stopped in a 17 year career. Vernons booming right hand along with a severe concussion couldnt stop Shane and he still lasted the full 12. But Flods brittle hands is somehow going to stop Shane when its common knowledge he has one of the best beards in boxing?

Floyd is brash. He acts like an idiot. Frankly so what. I dont know him for a can of paint. But i fully respect his skills as a boxer in the ring and thats why im a fan. Smart money obviously says Floyd UD. But when you retrospectively look at Shanes career and previous style you see all the intangibles required to beat Floyd. For that reason alone im sticking with Shane and hoping he can turn back the clock and get on the balls of his feet like he used to. Instead of the 154lb Shane that got flat footed and wanted to knock everyone out.

That was about a decade ago!!!!!! Mosley is not 30 anymore, he's pushing 40.

Mayweather getting a TKO over Shane is a likely scenerio, is all I'm saying, wether it's waived off by the ref, stppoed by the corner, or stopped by Shane himself.

I honestly think you are in for a surprise tonight. Mayweather is going to win, but it is definitely going to be a challenge.

As for the fights you just mentioned, not only was that a long ass time ago, but none of those fighter can compare to Mosley. Mosley is atg, yet you mention Jesus Chavez as an example.
