naw keep venting you dumb *****. Floyd was faced with up to 40 years in prison and got it down to 3 months (2 months from good behavior). Guerrero will be fine. He won't even get sentenced in May.
http://sports.espn.go.com/sports/boxing/news/story?id=5580784 8 felonies for 34 years. Not to mention Floyd also had to deal with other legal issues like the altercation with the security guard and the case where one of his bodyguards shot at a moving car allegedly on the orders from Floyd
He was facing 4 years do not over exaggerate the truth and the only reason Floyd ended up doing time is because he had priors Guerrero is clean in terms of his record, he wont do a day
this is what i think but what do i know; i am not a criminal defense attorney practicing in new york. and either is anyone else here for that matter. ****ing esb forums. some real, serious dumbshits here arguing about topics that they are not qualified to be arguing about.
I thought your take on Martinez\Chavez Jr fight was ****...You've taken the cake with this!:rofl You're one dumbass boy! You're on the same level with Low Blow Combo\ Onepunchko....****ing idiot!:good
Concurrent vs consecutive sentences. No one on Earth thought Floyd would face consecutive sentencing. Few people face lengthy consecutive sentences for anything short of sexual assault or murder (sometimes trafficking), and certainly not Floyd Mayweather for charges like those. And by the way, four of the charges listed in the article were misdemeanors, the opposite of felonies.
naw nobody thought he'd do that much time or anywhere close to it. But we know Guerrero isn't getting 4 years either. My main point was Floyd served 2 months while having a history for a more sever crime than Guerrero.
Guerrero is not even B class. Guy got his face busted up by Selcuk Aydin. He won on quantity but he was taking some big shots. This content is protected
They put Plaxico Burress in the slammer for over a year. That be way more time than Floyd did if they get Ghost for the similar amount of time. Fact. W/e. Floyd wins, no matter what his mindset is. I just think this will distract Ghost SOMEWHAT in the fight.
Guerrero is probably not going to do 4 years, I agree, but let's not pretend Floyd could potentially have been sentenced to all those terms consecutively. Guerrero realistically could get 4 years, though it probably won't happen--Floyd getting 40 years thanks to consecutive sentences would have been the most heavy-handed bit of sentencing in American history that didn't involve death. The Ghost will probably not see 4 years, but Floyd certainly was not realistically facing 40.
