Honestly, I have no idea. The gun laws in NY are tougher than ever now and it's too soon to know how they'll handle it I think... He could be made into an example to deter others--maybe not since most boxers aren't exactly celebrities these days I really don't know, though.

I believe he was just emphasizing the difference between being in jail or out on bail awaiting what may be a prison sentence versus being in jail or out on bail awaiting what may just be an extension of a stay in or a return to that same jail.

Personally, I don't think any jail could be ***** enough for me.
