Honestly, I have no idea. The gun laws in NY are tougher than ever now and it's too soon to know how they'll handle it I think... He could be made into an example to deter others--maybe not since most boxers aren't exactly celebrities these days I really don't know, though. Oh and I should have said "most heavy-handed bit of sentencing in American history that didn't involve death or three strikes laws."
Like father, like son ... Floyd's dad did time, Floyd Jr. did time ... Guerrero's dad did time, Robert will do time
"***** local jail" exactly where do you think they house accused muderers and rapists while they are awaiting trial and they cant make or have access to bail. yes. they house them in the "***** local jail."
you right on this one, its not floyd biut roberts fault. but for me, floyd should stay the **** away from boxing or fight the best talent and robert is by far not the next best to floyd and if floyd ducks from canelo or pac, than just leave boxing, because nobody wants to see floyd toy and win 12 out of 12 rounds vs robert.
Nice troll and downrater.... **** aint looming in his head at all... he'll plea guilty out and get fined, thats it. The gun was unloaded, and it was registered from another state, just not in NY. AND he deliberately notified the checking agent that he had a firearm to be declared. What a ****ing drama llama lol - you MUST be a woman
http://forums.officer.com/t129098/ locard acting like a lawyer and a psychologist where in actuality hes just a compete douchebag.
I believe he was just emphasizing the difference between being in jail or out on bail awaiting what may be a prison sentence versus being in jail or out on bail awaiting what may just be an extension of a stay in or a return to that same jail. Personally, I don't think any jail could be ***** enough for me.
rg is not going to prison nor jail. it appears that all he did was not register the gun in new york but he had it registered in california. this is more of a technicality, unlike what plaxico did which was a violent formality.
http://www.tsa.gov/traveler-information/firearms-and-ammunition Seriously - cut all the "what kind of idiot takes a gun to the airport" bull****. That wasn't the issue. Not knowing NYC's laws on firearms is the issue.
