You don't quite get it, the fact that your initial suggestion and your calculation are similar is a coincidence (Dependent on the ratio between the initial PPV number and the threshold), algebraically they are very different. Until I explained otherwise you maintained your factor of two nonsense, you are now "back pedalling".

It is not so much the "long way to a short drive" as the correct way to the correct destination.

Look at my edit. The threshold is actually moot. Thus your argument of buys/threshold is useless.

    Actually you made another one,

if Floyd gets $25m for 2million PPVs then he gets $58.3million from 4million PPVs.

The threshold is far from moot, above the threshold Floyds marginal revenue is constant but because of the threshold Floyds average revenue is increasing (increasing returns to scale) this is why you do not factor up by two.

Would you like me to do the calculation for you?

you guys are all dumb! when TYSON fought holyfield rematch it done 2 million homes, both fighters got $35 million each so that means there was $70 million in the pot, so if a fight does 4 million homes, then there is around $140 million in the pot, Floyd would get about $110 million and Mosley about $30 million.

I thought it was entertaining. Floyd was more aggressive than I thought he would. Shane did fine in round 2 understanding that an early lead would force PBF to engage him in the later rounds. The problem was he had no physical or tactical answer when PBF did engage him.

Yes, SSM is older. 7 years ago the fight might have been closer. Either way, PBF adjusted by round 3 and SSM did not.

Yeah I really enjoyed it too, I was really impressed with Floyd his recovery is really something else. I was shocked when I saw Floyds legs buckle but he dealt with it perfectly.
