I would like to see Pacquiao win, just because if he wins it will probably have to be by knock-out, and who doesn't want to see a knock-out. However, Mayweather will probably use his extraordinary defense to win by decision. Both are very skilled, but I have never seen defense as good as Mayweather.

Floyd is a better boxer...more technically sound and more crafty. But in terms of HEART, Will, Determination and ambition PAC is the better "FIGHTER". Close fight....styles make fight MOST OF THE TIME! With PAC sometimes you can have the worst style for him and he still will beat you. But Floyd is specail....I think he'll "BOX" his way to a win and will box VERY conservative taking NO risk at all to avoid giving PAC any chance at winning.....even with that style I wouldn't be surprised if PAC pulled off an Upset! For me this is a toss up! Really it's 50/50!

No, Roy Jones relied on reflexes in his prime. Mayweather utilitizes both great reflexes and great technical skill. The shoulder roll and picking off punches is something he is a master at.

I respect your opinion as well. Ring intelect has to go to Floyd. Are you serious? He's a genius in the ring and true thinker. I don't see how experience would go to Pac. They've both been in big fights throughout multiple divisions and fought many champions. When I referred to heart, I wasn't talking about that kind of heart :) Lastly, Pac has improved greatly, but is not as versatile or athletic as Mayweather.

Just like Morales was introuble after the 3rd Barrera fight going in against Pac who destroyed Barrera or Ali was in trouble vs Foreman because of their results vs Norton & Frazier right ?

Styles make fights & these guys have never been in the ring with anyone like each other, thats why I pick FMJ, because he is better at adapting amongst other reasons.

Ultimately, I think Mayweather will pull out a decision victory by avoiding getting hit and building up points. Pacquiao is very fast (movements and fists); but Mayweather probably has faster reflexes. He dodges punches before they've been thrown. And don't count out his speed. I remember seeing 8 punch combinations against Gatti within a matter of seconds.

I don't think he will "mop the flloor" with him though. I anticipate a strategic win that may be closer than you think.

Also, he may not even fight Pac-Man. When asked about it he blew it off.

Pac Morales I and II were both dead even until after the 5th. Headbutt and gloves were the difference.

Pac has Manilla Ice reloaded to put against orthodox fighters. He's got speed, power and reflexes also. He's also the smaller guy but throw that theory out the window.

I would be very dissapointed if Floyd DOESn'T win by KO. But it won't happen because Pac will catch Floyd with a left that he won't see. Bank on it. First time in his career that Floyd will get knocked down. The whole world will be behind it.
