I know you really like Floyd, I can respect that. But really? You didn't see what Hatton was doing, I think you should re-watch that fight again.

Are you sure this is what will happen???

Because according to ALL of the Pacquiao fans and Posters...Manny Pacquiao is the fastest fighter in the Sport and he will be WAY too fast for Floyd and DOMINATE Floyd from the opening Bell.

They say Floyd will have NO answer for the Lighting Fast Combinations of Pacquiao...Wait a second...Its hard to type all of this without laughing...Ok, where was I...Oh yeah...Pacquiao will win by KO within 8 rounds...At least that what the Pacman fans and Posters say!!!:-(

Yes but Ricky didn't fight when he got inside most of the time he just wanted to get there and not work just wrestle and maul. PBF beat him up on the inside and out-muscled him there. Often times he would just fall in or sometimes come in reckless while throwing a wild hook and was caught by that check hook atleast two times prior to the one that sent him crashing into the ring post. I actually expect PBF to try and fight Pac some on the inside where he has the advantage. I expect him to counter or lead and immediately clinch Pac and fight from there where he can walk Pac into shots and get the better of him on the inside.

I don't think Pac's movement will be a problem for PBF once he figures him out he will keep the proper space to be able to get off first when he charges, counter or defend. Pac's movement while good isn't complicated.

Ironically in that fight Floyd did more holding than Hatton. He fought Hattons game and did it better, he really reminded me of Hopkins in that fight. Hatton didn't have the answers and left himself completely open inside, Floyd was able to land some really nice shots. We haven't seen someone tying Pac up and I'm not sure how that would play out for either guy, Pac is a pretty wiry guy and has escaped a few sticky situations. I have seen Pac hitting the body more and I'm sure that could help in some of those close spots as well as the right hook.

They are fairly equal in speed overall, and I also think Floyd is being underrated in his power. Pac has great overall body movement, he's one of the few guys you still see bobbing and weaving. I can see some Frazier in him and I don't think Floyd will play his Foreman. Floyd will have to work and I can see his patience being tested and thrown out. It will be what comes natural, close fight but I think Pac's the better fighter.

The only reason that fight lasted as long as it did was because the ref allowed Hatton to wrestle, which in turn delayed his defeat by a few rounds.

Ross you must be joking, right? Floyd did the majority of holding and mauling in that fight, even threw a few nice elbows.

You, really think Pac-man is a better fighter? He may be a busier fighter, maybe a more exciting fighter, but better? I think we all can agree that Mayweather has more skills, and is the better fighter. The question is will his skills be enough for Pac-mans relentless speed and explosive power. I didn't think it was a question as to who was the better fighter, but I guess I was wrong.

I think you're talking about being a more fundamentally sound boxer which would be Floyd. I was talking about being the better man inside that ring when it comes down to beating your opponent.

Nah.....Roach isn't underestimating anything. He knows Floyd very well by watching film on Money. Roach has always said they'd have to have a completely different game plan for Floyd b/c of how defensive minded he is. Most of the guys like to bring the fight to Manny....>Floyd wont'......so they'll have to be more agressive and fight a very composed tatical fight. I say Floyd wins by 1 maybe 2 rounds where at the end of the fight he's the worse for wear......yea...he'll win a decision but he'll be beat up quite a bit....so he'll earn the "W" in this war with PAC.

There's no doubt that PAC is the better fight. Floyd is definitly the better boxer but Manny is superior offensively. This fight is going to be a fight between polar opposites. One a phenominal Offesive force, the other a defensive master.

Floyd definitly has the more orthodox, classic boxer and polished skills, but its a HUGE misconception that b/c of PAC unorthodox and awkard style that he doesn't have skills......BIG MISTAKE TO MAKE when you gotta enter the ring with him So for me I know or hope Floyd recognizes the challenge before him. B/c he'll have to bring his "A" game to beat PAC in March.

If Floyd underestimates PAC even by a little he'll be in for a huge surprise and his 1st loss as a pro. Given the fact that I know Floyd is a true professional...aside from not making weight for the 1st time...he does his due diligence in camp in preparation for his opponents....so I feel he is not underestimating PAC and will pull out a very razor thin decision.

Roach seemed pretty respectful but to say he is gud at what he does makes him sound one dimensional. He underestimates floyds offence. If floyd is able to tee off on his opponent normally he stops them. Floyd is also a complete fighter and can adapt. I see floyd winning.

The best thing would be a great fight from both guys. This is gonna be huge and we really need both these guys to be as good as we think they are. Tito-Hoya lacked the drama, Chavez Whittaker was one sided to anyone with a brain. I hope Pac pulls it off ,but I'd be more than satisfied to see a classic.:yep

He's not. He stated a fact. Mayweather is defensive guy and hardly on the offense. Mayweather only goes on the offensive when he knows he got the fight in the bag. (ie. Hatton fight)
