Yeah Mayweather would beat him, but I don't think Pavlik would agree to a catchweight since I heard he is struggling just to maintain his current weight.

 

Mayweather won't call Pavlik out at MW until Kelly moves up to SMW. Mayweather hasn't as much as breathed Pavlik's name as far as I know. Maybe he knows something you don't? This is just the thread starter being butt hurt over the fact his boy Ole Joe called Kelly out and then ran away screaming like a little girl when Kelly accepted the call. THAT is undebatable fact.

Just due to sheer size advantage I would favor Pavlik, with that said I wouldn't be stunned if Mayweather outboxed him for 12 rounds and survived. Pavlik has serious problems with guys able to counter punch effectively.

If you have to TAKE the title there could be a problem. Suppose Kelly made him TAKE the title and didn't give him counter punching opportunities? What if Floyd HAD to open up? Again, this **** is OK for street fights but is cowardice in the ring. If he doesn't come to fight, let him stay home.

 

Since Kelly will be moved up to SMW by the time Floyd calls him out? Make the 'catch weight' at 168.
