Mayweather doesn't have great movement anyway. He did at 130, but now he's much heavier on his feet and tends to just circle around the guy. Hopkins has better movement than Mayweather, and Pavlik was able to force exchanges against him, even when he knew the only result would be him getting more of a battering.

I'm only going to say this once more. Mayweather runs for the hills as soon as anybody throws anything at him. In order to land something on somebody so much bigger than him, he not only has to not run but actively close the distance. When he gets within a mile of Pavlik, he'll just get that jab stuck in his face and he'll back off. He has no hope.
