Mayweather would walk down Martinez if they were to fight @ 154

I can see it Martinez is not the best fighting on the back foot and he is better being the agressor, but being the agressor he would get picked apart... so I think May would do both pick him apart later, and walking him down early.

 

punching power is incredible with martinez but it has to end in ko for him to win

Mayweather was just 150 lbs during the fight night? He only managed to add 3 and 1/2 lbs?

Martinez is the bigger guy.. He's bigger, stronger, he won't have that much disadvantage in terms of speed, and he's capable of taking Floyd's best shot without going down.. :deal
Martinez will bring the fight to Mayweather.. He'll apply heavy pressure, and push Floyd on the ropes.. Floyd will try to counter but it won't stop Martinez from coming.. :nono Floyd's defense won't save him from getting beaten up.. At some point Martinez will connect.. Even if it only hits the arms, the elbows, the gloves, and even the shoulders, Mayweather will definitely feel it.. Mayweather will not be able to dodge all of Martinez's attacks.. Why would Mayweather want to walk down a counter puncher with a thunderous left hand? Martinez by brutal KO if this strategy/fight ever happens and I'm not even kidding. I'd bet my house on it. And just for the record I hate Martinez's silly hands down style but he has a damn good punch.

Mayweather doesn't go anywhere near Martinez, you can pretty much take that to the bank. The Pacquiao fight is more likely to happen.

 

He showed success with the same strategy against Zab

 

No disrespect to Mayweather, honestly. He's a damn good boxer, but I just think Martinez is the last guy you want to try and push around the ring. Maybe earlier in his career but now he is filled out and has above average power.

Macklin was doing an excellent job by keeping Martinez at bay with his length and by being patient on the outside, slowing down the pace of the fight. Whenever there was any sort of exchange Martinez was getting the better of it.

Macklin can't even carry Mayweather's jock strap at the moment so I hate to even compare them, but his strategy would be more successful in my opinion.

the only strategy Floyd has is to duck the fight. little Floyd is not man enough to compete with Maravilla hes gonna get PWill'd if he tries to bully Martinez
