What a dumb video! Making a big deal out of those three little pats to the body, like that was what killed Shane, and not the fact that he's a gassed out old man. :rofl

You guys can't see the forest for the trees. Oldsley was old and gassed out in 3rd round. Easy to make adjustments when you're fighting a guy who runs out of steam after 3 rounds and becomes slow as hell... ****, Sergio Mora adapted and made adjustments. And even better, he didn't get hurt by Mosley like Floyd did. So what does that say about Mayweather and Mora's defense?

decent video, but I can't give it too much praise due to the fact that it actually gave Karceno credit for something.

    good vid!

Floyd reading Shane's game plan made Shane much more tentative and definitely contributed to his gassing eventually. Shane was caught w/o a plan B and ultimately, couldn't find anything else that would work against Floyd. I guess Floyd still realized that Shane definitely has power so he made sure he'd keep Shane on his toes, more tentative by being more aggressive. Cool stuff really.

One more reason I want to see a fight with Pac, (while I do think Floyd is definitely the favorite here) is because I really do think Pac has pretty underrated ring smarts and I think he has more tools at his disposal compared to Shane. Pac has more angles, is definitely faster than that version of Shane and isn't prone to being tentative and gun shy if someone figures out his gameplan (as eveidenced by his fights with Marquez... regardless if you think he won or lost, you can't deny that he fared pretty well against a superb technician)

Was Judah gassed out and old. Because the adjustments Floyd made in that fight were amazing.

A silly video. A lot of what the video creator was pointing out was obvious, and replaying it like that came across as patronising. The one point I liked, however, was when he showed how Floyd adapted to the body jab/right to the head combo. That was nice, as I didn't catch that in the actual fight. The stuff about the body punching didn't convince me, to be honest...he only showed two body punches, and one of them was just a flimsy arm punch on the inside. He also neglected to point out the more significant action of Floyd stuffing his forearm into Mosley's throat to buy some time, a tactic Floyd has used on numerous other opponents during his career. (I think he even had a point taken away for this during the Castillo fight, I'll have to check.)

good post. mora was running from shane too. i dont mind boxing but hit the other guy damnit. your a middleweight knock that lil dude out he came up to fight you. mora also laid on shane to make him tired. he didnt get painfully tired but he did get tired. naz had to warn shane and remind him you do have a middle weight laying on you. the mora fight should have never happend why fight another boxer any way? cotto mora mayweather forrest wright even dela hoya gave mosley problems. only reason oscar lost because he got that mexican in him and tend to brawl and if the fight turns in to a brawl shane is going to beat anybody at 147

PAC WONT HAVE MORE THAN A PLAN A...HE WONT BE ABLE TO THINK WITH FLOYD...

SAME THING WILL HAPPEN TO PAC...FLOYD WILL SLOW THE TEMPO AND OUTBOX MANNY...

PLUS HE WILL HAVE THE LUXERY OF BEING THE BIGGER LONGER FIGHTER..SOMETHING HE DIDNT HAVE WITH SHANE....THIS WILL LEAD TO HIM BEING ABLE TO CONTROL PACQUIAO FROM THE OUTSIDE AND EVEN ON THE INSIDE..SHAME MORE PEOPLE DONT SEE **** LIKE THIS...

ANYONE GOT A VIDEO ON HIS FOOTWORK? ITS ABOVE ANY FIGHTER TODAY BY FAR:deal

Dumb post. Mosley wasn't gassed...hell he threw more in the 2nd half of the fight then the first. However, he was mentally broken which caused him to look akward and tentative. He had been neutralized, and was getting countered and nailed with laser shots that he didn't see coming. That kind of precision makes a fighter paranoid and afraid to do much of anything because they never know what the punishment will be.:rasta

    :patsch

But his punches had absolutely no snap or power after the 3rd round :nut

No he was 39 years old and gassed out after a few rounds

By his age, and the fact that his punches had nothing behind them after the first 3 rounds...

Duh he's old and doesn't have the reflexes he once had... Also he was gassed out and that made him a lot slower than he was throughout his career...

That kind of precision is easy against an old and tired fighter... Look at how Pac destroyed Hoya and Hatton... Then look how floyd did vs them... Looking good vs old fighters is easy. And even doing that Floyd fails, gets hurt by Mosley, can't KO him, has to bore the **** out of everyone for 12 rounds...

And if you're 39 years old and are winded at the 3rd round, that makes your opponent's job a lot easier. Whatever it is they're trying to do... Only idiots don't take that into consideration and try to elevate a fighter's so called greatness by trying to hype his performance over an over the hill fighter... (not on PEDs like he was throughout most of his career also...)

Those who say that Mosley wasnt gassed probably counted the many times that Mosley touched gloves with Floyd as punches thrown by Shane.
