Is Ellerbe saying Floyd doesn't use Xylocaine a week before the fight or is he saying Floyd doesn't use it at all anytime?

 

Take Ellerbe's word for it -- Floyd does not shoot anything in his hands. He shoots it somewhere else.

 

So how exactly does one test for Xylocaine?
