I personally think his multiple knockdown performance against Diego Corrales was brilliant.

Most people will agree in corrales' one being the most impressive performance of floyd. Genaro's one was very impressive too tbh, taking into account how young he was and how good genaro was. He has a lot of impressive fights tbh, there are plenty of them.

    The Gatti beatdown was brutal

The Hatton KO was picture perfect

The JMM comeback he looked sensational

I forgot about the Genaro fight because it was so long ago. That's right, Genaro was undefeated and expected to give Floyd all he could handle.

Corrales or Canelo. Can't count JMM because Floyd cheated JMM on the scales.

Best performance = the performance that Mayweather looked best in.
That'll be Corales, Gatti and Canelo. As There Will Be Blood stated, the JMM fight has far too many asterisks.

It's a toss up between Corrales, Gatti, and Canelo.

I think Canelo because he showed so many tricks, won almost every round, moved out of his natural weight class to fight a bigger man, and Canelo was at the top in the division.

Came here to say the obvious Corrales & Gatti were both masterful beatdowns I was huge a huge fan of both guys and Floyd beat their asses. Gatti legit barely landed a punch.

I agree with the above posters choices Mayweather best wins were against Alvarez,Hernandez and Hatton who were all top fighters when he beat them with ease.

It was Hernadez' last pro fight... 22 year old Odlh had made him quit 3 years before.

His best win in terms of dominating a prime fighter was against Diego Corrales.

The beating he gave Corrales, who was seen as a killer and was completely disarmed and destroyed.
