Actually in the april 2007 edition of ring mag de la hoya is ranked 6 at JMW after mosley, spinks, karmazin, ouma and dzindziruk. Floyd fought de la hoya in june 2007 so where was de la hoya ranked top of jmw when floyd fought him? In the april 2008 edition which seems to cover part of 2007 as well he was ranked 3 at JMW, so 3 was the highest he ever made at that weight as far as i can see

You are a complete ****ing joke and a lame. Ouma.. Was ranked higher than ODH. Karmazin.. Who got beat by Spinks. Forrest who just came back from a 3 year retirement and fought Ike Quartey who came off a longer retirement and he got a gift...:rofl. Mosley who was fighting rubber matches against a shot Vargas. Dzindziruk.. whos best wins were close fights against Margarito leftovers. :rofl Spinks was the top 154 pound fighter at the time with Mayorga second and ODH third.... And ODH knocked him the **** out. None of these dudes are even a factor and despite Dzindziruk going undefeated even until now.. he still aint top 4 @ 154. :rofl

ummm guys named winky wright and vernon forrest were the best at 154 at the time...thats why floyd fought oscar, who was barley a 154 fighter himself

his best win at WW was against a guy who was not a welterweight.....

corley or gatti at 140? just goes to show floyd didnt fight the best at 140....this thread is starting to hurt floyd :good

Winky was fighting at middleweight at the time. I guess as usual your timeframes are all ****ed up. Vernon Forrest was just coming off of retirement and fighting D level dudes in 10 round fights. I think you whores got a serious lack of common sense. Going into the fight.. everybody thought Floyd was going to get knocked out. Floyd wanted to fight Spinks.. but you same boxing critic dumb ass whores heckled him for even suggesting fighting feather fists. :rofl Despite him being the best at 154 at the time after beating Karmizin.
