what does everyone think of it? he hasnt really been hurt but then he hasnt really been clearly caught by someone with power that i can recall. is it untested or can we gauge his resistance? this is to do with how he'll potentially handle pacs power
It's solid. But it hasn't been cracked often and hard. He was shook up by Chop Chop and shaked it off fast,Zab hit'em a few times nad didn't move him,Oscar didn't move him.
It's good. And it'll hold up against Pacquiao, Pac will get in some solid hits, but he'll more than often be hitting the air around Floyds shoulder roll.
spectacular defense + very good chin + spectacular stamina = really hard to hurt him, let alone get him out
hmm says . . . I think so as well... not really tested... if he's not used to getting hit then he'll probably get surprised sooner or later... (you don't use it you lose it/punch resistance to the chin) just think back of some of the times where he was controversially rocked or knocked-down... I say good but not great...
There'll be no shoulder roll in the pac fight. floyd fights with both hands up high when against southpaws.
It is untested, Chop Chop wobbled him but he is too crap to do anything after. It will be good to see how he handles getting hit by Pac flush. It will happen because manny will just throw and throw and some will land. I think Mayweather will get knocked out once he tastes his power
decent, even tho he's hard to hit he has been caught a few times, nevertheless i havnt seen any1 land a 3 or more punch combo on him, have you?
I agree - pretty solid. Gotta say though I thought Zab floored him with the counter right hook, def. touched down. The question may well be how he copes if he keeps getting hit - cos he will get hit more than in any other fight with Pac's speed.
He has taken punches well when he had to and always punched back, not being hit enough means he can take punches if he's put in a position where he has to. The DLH fight proved it.
Agree balance was a factor - but I still think it was a knockdown. ZJ foot was inside MW stance rather than on his foot. Clearly though he wasn't on ***** street and recovered quickly
