Is this guy the reason for Mayweather Promotions failure to be a big player in the boxing world? I remember Mayweather saying he was using Oscar as a blueprint of how he wanted his promotional company. He's suppose to be what Richard is to Oscar. What went wrong with Mayweather Promotions?
Team Mayweather are a pack of arseholes in general...no surprise they're not a big player in the boxing world - retiring for 2 years, accusing genuine threats of using PEDs, using potential opponents loss records/PPV numbers as reasons for not fighting them, etc. doesn't exactly increase your stocks when all of your peers are able to discuss, negotiate and agree to fight each other. Some of the best fights in the WW division were made when Floyd was absent. The longer he stays out of the picture by avoiding opponents, the less relevant he becomes.
ASAP!!! I personally can attest to floyd being a good guy on a personal level around years ago here in las vegas. Me and my current girlfriend decided to go to the little ceaser's pizza that is close to eastern ave, at night during winter time floyd's filthy rich records was accros the street from there. As i pull into the side of the place to park on the east side wall. I notice on the front of the place is a black mercedes benz, getting of also at the same time is mr. Mayweather heading into the same place. He sees me coming like 10 feet away from him and knods his head and decides to hold the door for so i can also get in the place. I get and say thank you mr. Mayweather and he sticks out his hand to shake my hand, i then say to him i just read your article in the las vegas sun, his response is oh' youre a fan of boxing, and i say yes sir. Inside the place is the cashier, him and me as it is a tiny place, they take both of our orders and the guy proceeds to get the order prepared. While we wait i ask him, since the article talks about you and mr. Mosley not fighting at a lower weight class because he did not want to take up the challenge how do you think that fight would of gone had it happened?. Mr. Mayweather's response was "ah man don't even mention him i , i, i kill the dude easily, my response how about you and kostya tzyu and his response was now that would be a great fight between me and him, i have plenty of respect for kostya tzyu. He tells why don't you go out side and ask the person in the car for a phylthy rich buissness card so that you can call and ask the secretary if i'm there so that you can come over and i will sign them for you. I proceed to thank him and say good bye, i head out the door and over to the car and surprise to me there was a guy there in the passenger side waiting. It was mr. Leonard ellerbe, i tell him what mr.mayweather tells me and he gives me a business card. Mr. Mayweather is a nice person but this ellerby character is a total *******, the look he gave was almost like that of a jealous girlfriend. Even the way he reach into his pocket in order to hand me the card, now that guy is mean. I am pretty sure he saw talking through the glass windows, since the car was parked right in front of the establishment. I hope mr. Mayweather hasn't change his ways since then, i am fan of all boxers and not a super big fan of any one fighter like some posters here. I believe in mr. Mayweathers opinions, look what he did to mosley, just like he said i, i, i , kill that dude, now if he says he will beat manny pacquiao i truly believe him also that he will do that whe they step in the ring. As for mr. Ellerby i hope he has changed his ways, man did that guy give me a bad vibe. I don't have any friends and don't want none since that is the way i was raised, i would have not talked to mr. Mayweather had he not held the door for me to come in into the place. Proof to that i have seen in the last six months mr. Zab judah along with his dad and mr. Fernando vargas at the food for less on las vegs blvd and windmill ave here in south las vegas and have decided not to bother them at all. I never went to the filthy rich studio because i don't want to bother anyone on a personal level. My point here is that mr. Mayweather is a gentleman unless the money and fame have changed him, but back when i met him he already had accumulated a pretty good fortune.

guys doin a bit of a tyson. but floyd acts the bad guy. suppose his role models werent very good,and culture sometimes affects how some acts and thinks negatively. hes needs honest people round him who arent money grabbers. he needs his ass away from domestics and in the ring. his case wont be good,hes showed more thugary even after his baby moma incident,he better hope for only a big fine and community service. no 1 on the comm. service list is to fight pacman,no ifs ands or buts. their i sorted the fight,lol, spread this to floyds upcoming judge.
