Umm, because Mayweather had said that was gonna be a mandatory test for anyone that fights him now. Mayweather took the tests to, you know? Nothing wrong with trying to clean up the sport a little bit, is it?
Berto did not represent the same challenge Mayweather does. It's one thing to take punches just to come forward and be able to land your own which Ortiz was able to do against Berto. What happens when Ortiz is missing Mayweather and getting countered with hard shots? Again, everyone saw Mosley walk Margarito, a man with an iron chin, down and assumed he would do the same thing to Mayweather. Mayweather is not gonna sit their and take punches like Berto and Margarito do...
Victor will get beat up if he comes in like that against Floyd. His footwork is badand he has a really wide stance. It will leave him open for counters. At first I thought Ortiz might have a chance due to his size and power, but I rewatched the Ortiz-Berto fight and think his chances are slim and none. Remember, GBP was basically cashing Ortiz out after the Peterson fight. I believe Floyd will dominate Ortiz and possible stop Ortiz in the late rounds. Victor hasn't fought many 12 round fights and I believe he will probably begin to doubt himself in the late rounds after Floyd has him figured out, get frustrated and possiblly be TKO'd.
What you should have saw is somebody landing their best punch and still getting walked down in the same round.
You should try to make one with relentless. If he loses, he can'T sport an homo avy for a month. Pretty sure he would decline.
how many green fighters has he fought? ortiz is what 23? he's not ready for the 3rd best p4p fighter in the world.
Floyd is gonna coast to an easy 8-4ish UD victory. No way in hell does he ruin Ortiz by stoppage or devastating KO--I will bet anyone anything on that.
33 fights dont mean **** he hasnt matured yet he still speaks and acts like an immature child and lets not forget his quittage.
