Floyd if and when he steps on the gas will punish Cotto. Just simply too good. He fight's in the pocket, gets off first leans back and gets out of harms way. The way he positions himself makes it very difficult to get punches off and land cleanly with substance. At the same time he positions himself to counter quickly with short straight precision punches. Its a bad recipe for Cotto I'm afraid. Let's not forget he's going to be quite faster than Cotto.

Fight will be like watching 2 statues waiting for the other to initiate.
(Floyd's statue will do enough to win a UD)

I don't think so. I think we are in for a dominant offensive performance from Mayweather. We'll see.

Floyd Mayweather had the ref on his side, during the Hatton fight. If there was a neutral ref, Mayweather would of been mauled.

He was stumbling everywhere, and backing up at a tremendous speed, and he was the fighter wanting to clinch constantly.

Floyd was landing straight rights cleanly and early in the fight. Cortez or not, Floyd beats Hatton 210 times out of 100.

Ricky Hatton was built up to be some kind of ****** by the Mayweather camp. The fact of the matter is Ricky Hatton was getting to Mayweather and roughing him up, even though the ref was constantly stopping and breaking up the action.

"For somebody with a ******ed boxing IQ, Floyd Mayweather struggled with Ricky Hatton and there was only 1-2 rounds in it by the time of the knock out".
