1st off ..ur obviously on pacs nuts ... u don't have to be on mays nor pac ... u think its debatable on wheather his right is as good as his left ... that right there tells me ur bias .. pac has develped his right but it will never ever ever be as good as his left .. ill go as far as to say it won't even reach a level below his left ... pacs right is ok .. respectable @ best .. pacs left its up there maybe even legendary ... 2nd ... So u thing floyd has the best chance yet he doesn't have a chance in your eyes ... so u sayin pac is unbeatable from 147 down?
1st point - I agree that Floyds left is better then Manny's right, but Floyd's left isn't all that you're all making it out to be. That's all I'm saying. And Pac's right is a lot better then your giving it credit for. He knocked Cotto and Hatton down with the right and he uses it just as often now if not moreso then the left. 2nd point - I said Floyd wouldn't have a chance if they were the same size. I think Manny would completely obliterate him if they were the same size. But as of right now, I'd call the fight 50/50.
that's better ... still seems like ur setting up the excuse ... much more respectable point of view than ur previous posts
I am not a skeptic, I think Pac is one of the greatest fighters of the last 20 years, but Mayweather obviously fought a much better Oscar than Pac did... I don't even find this to be debatable.
Regardless, only morons try to boil Floyd's defensive abilities down to a single move. You know someone doesn't know what the **** they're talking about when they say, "should roll", right away, when trying to discuss Floyd's defensive abilities.
Yep... Not even bringing the shoulder roll into the conversation, Floyd has abilities that remind me of Whitaker, where he can move his head out of the way at the perfect time and counter with a very clean shot.
So true ... good ****ing point ... his feet positioning, lateral movements, upper body movements , and head movement ..
Yep. Whenever I hear someone "analyzing" a fight with Floyd, and all they do is discuss the way "x" fighter will crack Floyd's shoulder roll, I know they have no idea what they're talking about. There's so much more to Floyd's defense than standing in the same spot, trying to roll back and forth. He can do that, but he can do a hell of a lot more, and it's all part of a larger comprehensive gameplan.
Exactly. Control of distance... the tiny little steps he's constantly taking that just change that range. A lot of what he does is almost imperceptible on first glance.
yup :happy and thats all from Roach's training, and yes he does have decent knockout power in his right, but nobody would just walk into one of his left hands and not have a story to tell, now stylistically he may be a little one dimensional, although he doesnt just walk into punches, he's a PUNCHER which means he through ALOT of punches, which is a STYLE of boxing! :|
