What planet are you from? Ali licenses his name the same as Donald Trump, Michael Jordan (Nike) and Tiger do they have complete control of their name and their likeness. And he's not dead so wtf does his estate have to do with anything?

And pretty much every successful athlete has control of their destiny that's why they have agents to maximize their wealth. Because Mayweather is a conficted wife abuser he doesn't have the ability to get endorsement deals, but he's certainly maximized his earning power in the ring. But you don't need to spew a bunch of bs to make that point.

The worse thing he has done is beat all your favorite fighters thus ruining your already meaningless life

    2) Manny was his own man when he demanded a rematch recently wasn't he?

Manny was his own man when he refused to take that test, wasnt he?

If God is leading him, why didn't he acknowledge him after the fight? Did God lead him astray?

Bob Arum works for Manny, not the other way around. His job is to get Manny the fights Manny wants.

    3) Justify catchweights? Canelo really wanted the fight...so he was willing to meet halfway. Canelo was 153.5 vs Trout. 1.5 lbs didn't make a difference against Mayweather. Canelo is the biggest star in the division, and he currently the biggest PPV draw in boxing. That is why he is the boss when it comes to other fighters. Catchweight fights didn't start with Mayweather. Watch more boxing, man.

    4) De La Hoya certainly did. But, was Steve Forbes the absolute best in the world? [emoji57] Berto has done a lot more than Steve Forbes. [emoji2]

    5) Mayweather is his own boss. He can say what he wants. Opponent's agree because they want a payday and for him to "grace the ring with his presence."

    6) Wasting your time.

That's my opinion, which also has many facts.
NASA was created by Nazi war criminals but you still benefit from their experiments to this day and use them almost everyday. Great boxer, his personal life is his to do with.
I like the sport and how me made something out of nothing, once you get all personal about how he treats his family has nothing to do with me.:bart

I wasn't getting personal at all. But having a business/economics degree and owning an accounting business l was simply correcting your factual errors. By mentiining Ali's estate you basically said he was dead and has no control of his imagine and likeness both of which are incorrect

As for Mayweather I couldn't care less about what an athlete does outside of the ring but once the behaviour becomes criminal it does affect their marketability which directly impacts their income. That's just a fact.

Floyd might never care but the model for making huge $$$ after boxing without a lot of effort would be Foreman. He probably made 250 million off that grill and counting and he'll likely make money off of it for the next 20+ years.

Depending on how Floyd manages his $$$, it might never matter to Floyd whether he's marketable or not but my guess is that sooner or later he's going to wish he had Foreman's marketability as he's probably made on excess of 250 million and will be getting royalties for the next 20+ years.
