Dont think theyll make the Pacquaio fight so i see him fighting Cotto if he beats Foreman.
Then if Khan comes through against Maidana he`ll make plenty from that fight. Then when Pacquaio agrees to give blood, urine and semen 20 seconds before the first bell they may eventually get in the ring together.

    Pac
    martinez
    williams.

No need to fight cotto @ this stage. He probably gets a nice purse for it, but it's over before it starts, & people will say cotto is shot.

If he can't get Pac, Mayweather should get Martinez at 154. Martinez has no real fan base but he's a pretty boy with dangerous boxing skills. If Floyd can beat a bigger man with great hand speed and decent power, it improves his legacy. I don't think Pac can beat Martinez so Floyd could kill two birds with one stone. The fight will do 1.5 mil PPVs easy but it would be a tougher fight than usual.

Cotto is a VERY low risk - high reward fight. But Cotto's an Arum fighter so this would be tough to make. Good PPVs but no legacy value.

Floyd/Khan would be a great money fight and Khan LOOKS like good comp for Floyd even though real fight fans would know it was a mirage. 1.5 easy maybe even 2. But the risk is too high for GBP and Khan, he'll be a broken fighter afterwards.
