    All of Mexico is talking about him. He's filling out 10,000 people in venues in Mexico and he's fighting at 147. He's undefeated. He's a redhead. A redhead Mexican. They call him 'Canelo'. Cinnamon Head. 'Canelo' Alvarez.

    Saul 'Canelo' Avlarez. He would love nothing better than to fight Floyd Mayweather...I tell you right now, you put Saul Alvarez in with Floyd Mayweather and you put it in Aztec Stadium, you sell 100,000 tickets.

    LOL!!! no he wont... lol.... as long as hes making money, and winning against competition he shouldnt be fighting while the guys he should be fighting are duking it out with eachother they will be happy.

    Here are the quotes from Schaeffer;

    If you go to the scene for boxing they have the full article. In it the writer states that Alvarez is a dark horse to fight Mayweather in 2010(meaning not very likely). Where the threadstarter is coming up with the info that Alvarez is likely his next opponent is beyond me.

    I forget who it was but one poster on here actually said that he prefers to see mayweather in fights where he can beat his opponent up than in competitive fights.

    Alvarez is the best ginger prospect in years, but dammit, Cinnamonhead shouldn't even be on the long list of potential fights for Floyd.

    Please No, if this was ever on PPV I would boycott this fight.
    But something tells me alot of people would probably pay for this fight.

    You know cause Floyd said he would fight him......Oh yeah he didn't. This whole BS story was put out to hype up Alvarez. Guess what? It worked. Now everyone knows this kids name.

Me too man..I dont think its true though..I think Floyd will fight a top name next...As a Floyd fan I would be pissed if he took this bull**** fight...This might prove the haters right if he did this...FIGHTING PAC/COTTO WINNER OR MOSLEY/BERTO WINNER IS THE ONLY FIGHT OUT THEIR FOR FLOYD!!!
