    I notice Cotto has his own promotional company. Is it the same thing as Mayweather's.

    Can he choose his own fights, or is he still beholden to Bob Arum?

    Of those listed, I can only see Canelo or Cotto, at 147. Canelo only because he has been the one asking for it.
