it's hard to argue the point of this thread as regards to pacquaio atleast. i love floyd, but people have every right to assume he's ducking manny based on what has transpired over the last year...however, i believe these are the real reasons....

1) floyd wants the fight to build into the biggest possible fight and thus make the most amount of money possible.

2) floyd is trying to get into manny's head with all this craziness. we all know an angry fighter is an unfocused one who will make mistakes.

3) floyd isn't in the mood to fight at this point in time and he doesn't want to step in the ring with so much on the line if his heart isn't 100% into it.

i'm not trying to make excuses. that's just what i get from this.

Manny missed his opportunity this year when he didn't agree to the full random tests with no cut off first negotiations. Maybe in 2011 he'll agree to the tests and they'll fight. Simple really....
