Where would you put his power and weight after what happened last night?:think

Mosley was ready to go in the 7th round when Floyd had him cornered. If Shane pushed harder he would have got knocked out.

No doubt about it. Mosley was in survival mode. Remember you are more vulnerable when you throw. He avoided that.

Mosley was in survival mode due to being dead tired not cause of Floyd's power.

Floyd said in the post fight press conference that he was at 147 and he ate 3 times and couldn't put no weight on!

His power was very good, enough to keep Shane very honest.

No way is he feather fisted like everyone on here suggests

joyboys think shane is ready to get stopped? for christ sakes, shane mosley had gassed just in the 3rd round. a sign of his age and inactivity but he was no where near ready to go. and floyd even failed to stop a gassed mosley.

i cannot blame you. you guys believe in boxrec rankings, you guys will believe in everything you want to believe.

Don't know about his weight but his power is respectable. If it wasn't then most of his opponents would just walk through him.

I think Floyds actual natural punch power is probably not that good but his speed, timing and accuracy increase the overall effect to a pretty decent punch.

He hits harder than they all think he does. Hes clearly got decent power when he chooses to use it

I beleive Floyd was only 147 on fight night because he is not a natural Welterweight. He could still easily make 140 pounds, thats why when people knock Floyd for not taking on Paul Williams or other natural 154 pounders it pisses me off cause Floyd is naturaly smaller then a Paul Williams, or a Margarito, or even Shane Mosley.

And no excuses. You all wanted him to fight mosley so he did and he destroyed him. Lets not make excuses about shanes age ect. Pacquiao would be beaten silly the same way shane was, probabaly worse because pac would be more persistant. And the more agressive you try to be, the more floyd adapts and lays the smack down on you.
