I think Floyd's power is underrated. He could knock out anybody if he really wanted to.I think he's just scared of his own power.

His power was snapping and venomous up to 135. Beyond that, it was just respectable enough to deter opponents and implement his strategy.

What's really underrated of Mayweather's is his chin IMO. Never talked about.

He had good pop at 130. Seemed like hand problems are what he was most afraid of. He didn't let his hands go the same after 135.
Floyd had the finishing instincts of a sedated Golden Retriever.

AS much as he can be an obnoxious ass outside of the ring, Floyd was an exceptional fighter, period. From 130 to 135, even 140, he was an all time great .. he was a terrific welter but not a top ten at 147 but it was not his natural weight ..

Floyd had a snappy check hook even at 147. The way he just threw it out almost like a jab is remarkable. His jab to the body was also pretty stiff, stopped the relentless maidana in his tracks with it. Everyone respected his power but he wasn't always the best finisher. He had cotto badly hurt in the 12th but didn't go for it for whatever reason.

Really? Who do you have in your top 10 at 147?
