His short reasoning is that GGG goes straight ahead and up and down. I am surprise by his observation because GGG often takes an angle to throw the right to the head and body. I see that in the Stevens, Proksa and Murray fight. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t8yDuywLoUM 2:05
GGG would KO floyd and will tell you why. Some of his hooks come from above, he puts an arch on them that hits opponents on the top of the head, and Floyd's D doesn't defend that. You can't really roll with something that comes from that angle, nor block it well at all. This punch would be deadly for Floyd.
You mean An overhand? Yes Floyd gas never seen one of those. To think this whole time you justvhad to arch the hook
Based on the observations of a pressure fighter like Maidana in their first clash, I'd say GGG beats Floyd. Maidana lacks the precision and footwork of GGG and dare I say it power, which if all those three combined were there on the night, would have seen Maidana taking the win. Having said that, GGG has impressed me less and less each time, and Floyd being Floyd well, he's a smart guy! I think it boils down to GGG and how he performs at the weight.
It is his reasoning to duck you mean. He simply implies that he's not good enough to deserve a fight but talks about Berto, Mayfield, DLH. He's a pain in the ass.
I saw a couple of people making fun of this, but it's exactly how I see it too. The shoulderroll would be completely ineffective against it and with Golovkin being noticably bigger it would be like fire from above. Floyd wouldn't have enough power to keep him off him and only has his move and potshot thing going for him in this. And that just doesn't seem to work against GGG. You have to trade, and that would be deadly for Floyd. Bottom line, a good big man always beats a good small man. Or in this case a very good just blow average sized man always beats a teriffic tiny man.
Just don't say it's not expected of him to fight GGG after this. If he thinks he can beat GGG, the fight is there at 154 where he's the lineal champ. Beat him then.
Im surprised everybody on this forum isn't a world champ boxer them selves, everybody seems to know they way to beat everybody especially flody, yet 48 professional fighters have never been able to, If only they knew as much about boxing as everybody on here lol.
what are you on about? knowing something about the sport doesn't mean you can practice it. You do know that some of the best boxing historians and ****ists have never laced 'm up themselves right?! Or do you actually believe they would have been quality boxers? And even without that in mind, this is about Floyd at the end of his career against a guy who is in his prime, is bigger and hits much harder as anyone Floyd ever fought and has a style wich seems to be poison for the guy.
