floyd has actual 154 titles...that he won at 154 lbs....against champions(you know...not vacant belts at 150 catches).....floyd walks around at 150 and basically weighs 150 or so on fightnight.....so he might have been wary of canelo beefing up to 170+ lbs which could put himself at a huge disadvantage.....its just logical for him

the problem is you people know this....but you want to bury floyd for something because you dont like him

pac fought oscar at 147...but when he was fighting an actual strong 147 fighter/champ he wanted a catchweight.......when he wanted to go for a 154 title to look like some god...he did it at 150 for a vacant belt against a guy who didnt even deserve the fight....but hes a hero for that

but if floyd wants to make sure hes not outweighed by 20 or so lbs on fight night hes a ***** right?

like i said...floyd isnt a full time 154 fighter....and he doesnt go north of it....and he comes back to 147.....hasnt weighed over 155 lbs on fight nights at 154lbs.....yet him asking for a catchweight against canelo is supposed to be a crime?

basically it just sounds like you are angry that floyd violated the sanctity of the catchweight or something....im really sorry floyd has upset the boxing purists with that one...i dunno

yes i agree with you about the oscar fight being CW fight masked as a 147 fight.....but it is what it is...its a 147lb fight....and pac fought there...then went down to 140 then came back up to 147 for a belt and asked for a catch

its convenient for the argument to say the oscar fight was really a catch fight masked....so it works for you...but take it a face value and manny asking cotto violated the definition of the catchweight too....

in reality though...i think if you are upset over the definition of the CW being violated.....you prob have other issues and take things too seriously man....its just a weigh in number.....
