I hope the same thing but it won't. There will always be an excuse. Malignanni isn't just going to let this go. He will either claim the drug only stays in the blood stream for a certain amount of time and thus the test missed it or it will be something else. Hell I could easily see the next thing being that Pacman is illegally tampering with his gloves or wraps, remember it doesn't have to make sense for these people.

They will know when the test is, so it still won't prove whether he is on anything or not. Floyd should have asked Pacquiao be tested every week until the fight, if he would agree to the same testing. Or at least get random tests so they don't know exactly when to mask the results if he is on something,

 

and you think that drug testing conducted by NSAC is totally futile? then why they stick to that method knowing that even common people not privy to that specialty knew better than specialist themselves?

Take Lance Armstrong. The frenchies just can't believe a ****ing American with one testicle can kick their asses and win 7 TdF's. Their riders got both balls and they still lose. They just can't get a grip around it. Lance is the most tested athlete on this planet. The TdF is 3 weeks long and half way thru, he'd already been blood tested 22 times and 16 unannounced out-of-competiton tests. All negative and still the mother****ers complain that he's doping.
