    well, he was masking a ped. it's unfortunate for him that he called out pacquiao so forcefully over this issue. like, he's going to get double imdemnity now once this all settles down.

    He still cheated. It's circumstantial evidence overload. He's guilty in the eyes of public opinion.

    Everything is pointing to him using PED's.

    At the very least he violate the rules.
