What's funny? Gomez was a ferocious puncher at Cruiser, it's just that heavy he applies the stick and move style. I think if he was in shape at say 205-215 pounds, he could be a bit more stationary, slip, sit down on his counters and have more effective power. That said, I expect nothing from him from this point on his career.

Not to be rude, but I didn't think I'd have to spell it out...thought it was pretty obvious my points were in relation to a heavyweight fight, between him and another heavyweight. And Gomez has punched out no-one of any relevance at HW. Gomez punching out Cruisers does not matter.
Mccalls ready to take out Gomez, hes not going to let anything stand in his way of him getting a chance at another title shot.
Why is McCall taking this fight with Gomez? He has nothing to gain! He should take a tune up while waiting for his mandatory WBC title shot.
