If Moorer had faced McCall in 94 instead of old Foreman ? Oliver fresh from his win over Lennox and Moorer still buzzing from his victory over The Real Deal . Who takes it ?
Moorer gets sloppy like he did against Foreman and McCall breaks in with a big punch. McCall is younger and faster than Foreman too, so he lands a powerful and well timed right hand in the 6th round.
That's more than likely how it plays out ..unless Moorer starts digging in and McCall wings it with a eyes closed punch from no where.
I lean towards Moorer by decision IF he doesn't leave himself open to the right hand. McCall didn't have much experience against skilled southpaws, and both times he has faced JC Gomez he got soundly outboxed. But McCall certainly has puncher's chance here.
McCall doesn't punch nearly as hard as Foreman. McCall doesn't have nearly the skill of even a old Foreman. McCall could get lucky and stop Moorer but 9 times out of 10 Moorer would out box Oliver for the decision.
