    Different circumstances.

McCline went in there and threw everything he had.
Vitali was throwing some good punches, but I didn't see what looked like him putting everything he had into any punches. He was being very methodical.

Vitali boxed from behind his jab the whole fight, Peter couldn't get round it.. basically Vitali's jab led Peter to his defeat.

Oh I wasnt criticising the performance, I was just asking what you guys thought. Im currently trying to weigh up where Peter stands in the HW division as its difficult to say with Vitali not fighting regually.

McCline is a very underrated puncher, but based on his stamina issues, he rarely finishes his man off when the opertunity is there. Bryd still says to this day, he never been as hurt by one punch, than he was against McCline, when Jamel knocked him down in the first round, Bryd later said he fell asleep, then woke up when he felt himself hit the canvas.

McCline has knocked down all these former champs and top contenders Bryd, Brock, Briggs, Grant, and Peter. We must also take into consideration, that Peter only had 10 days to prepare for a much different, very game oppenent, because if you remember, Maskaev backed out on short notice and Peter wanted to stay active.

Every fight is different. It isn't always the hardest punch that puts you down.

Probably a bit rusty still despite an impressive performance. He worked mainly behind the jab anyway, along with the straight right. Peter doesn't seem to have much of a problem with the straighter punches, it's hooks and uppercuts that floor him. Vitali did use the left hook occassionally aswell, I honestly was surprised Peter didn't go down.

no, Peter made Vitali look a lot better than he is. WHAT A BORING FIGHT.

Vitali knew he could do that all night because Peter had no game plan and limited to throwing slow bombs into thin air.

Vitali will get KOd against a decent HW ..no stamina

McCline has always had tremendous one punch power, but he also has the worst endurance in history. He simply cannot fight with intensity beyond three rounds. The power comes from his weight, but unfortunately, so does the lack of stamina.

McCline is very live and a good puncher early but losses focus and composure along the way like he did.Vitali looked like he didn't even want to stop Peter and did it with ease.
