His demands were apparently similiar to the amount Maidana wanted. I'm sure you can figure out the region of the amount he was asking for.

Maidana got around 500k didn't he? It's ridiculous if Peterson - who got around 70k for Ortiz - thinks he deserves the same as what Maidana got.

The questions you have to ask yourself are:

Khans problem is there are not too many viable oppoenents for him to face in april, Ortiz looks like he is facing berto, zab judah will be challenging for the vacant ibf title, peterson is apparently pricing himself out and katsidis has not solifidied his lightweight campaign as a champion and has also not gave a very competitive performance at the weight for over two years, never mind a large welterweight with excellent speed.

So ESB who can khan fight?

Prescott should be the man to fight because he has a win over him, has at least a punchers chance, good revenge and without a doubt makes the most financial gain for khan. this also gives khan a chance to avenge defeat , cn you imagine the britsh public tey will lap that right up

Peterson like maidana is pricing himself out early, maybe its just negotiating tactics maybe he ha been offered a shite contract.

Mccloskey has been moaning about contracts too

Is that a trend with khan now, well theres one fighter who will fight for next to nothing again in the name of bredis prescott.

My point is khan moans that oppoentns ask for too much money, he has next to no top oppoennts available.

Make the most money against prescott, avenge defeat etc, BUT THIS FIGHT ONLY MAKES SENSE IN APRIL,

But to be honest, there does seem to be a trend of Khan opponents supposedly wanting too much money. I get the feeling that Khan's team like to take serious advantage of their cash-cow status. Unless we see numbers, it's hard to determine who's being unreasonable to who.

I seen it, I sent them an email about it.

I blame BoxRec to some degree because they refuse to acknowledge that anyone from Northern Ireland is Irish (with the exception of John Duddy) and put a Union Jack beside all of the fighters from the six counties.

Cant nobody answer who would be a better khan opponent if mccloskey and peterson pull out?

Cant nobody explain who will give Khan the highest payday?

Cant anyone show who would do the most for his legacy?

Not that breidis is a great fighter but just aas a cue of beating every fighter you stepped in the ring with up until this point much like lennoxlewis

Beating everyone he's been in the ring with means **** all when he lost to Breidis Prescott. You're a spastic if you think that. That loss is always going to be there, winning a rematch does not erase what was an extremely poor effort, an abhorration. When he wins that easily it will only put into context how bad that defeat was. It's not like he's rematching a world class fighter and putting it right, he's rematching a sloppy ass defeat to a fringe contender who is below his current level.

Throwing your dummy out the pram now soft lad.

Yes beating Prescott again would at least erase the doubt that he has of himself.

Unless you have forgotten all of the other fighters are tied up and wont be available for April.

I like how you cant answer the other questions proposed you're full of ****.

Again tell me who else will give khan the biggest financial gain.

Again tell me who else can khan face that will settle for less than the other potential oppoenents.

You dickhead...why would he have doubt over himself when he just beat Maidana and proved to himself and everybody else that some of his weakest areas as a fighter are actually not too bad at 140lbs?

Why do I give a **** about Khan's financial gain again? I want to see the best fight, Prescott is about 5th on the list. Why do I give a **** who settles for what? I don't. Don't be a complete ****** all your life, you don't get any of Khan's money.

Khan does not need prescott ..hes two leagues above this guy now ! everyone who saw that fight saw a young inexperienced fighter walk straight onto left n rights which rendered the bout over ... personally the Khan who Roach is moulding would not have been that tactically naive ..

Wladimir Klitch is regarded as one of the great heavy weights but i dont see him chasing a rematch with Corrie Saunders ... khan chasing prescott resolves nothing and would be a lose lose fight ! theres bigger fish out there for Khan now and he doesnt need grudge fights..

Khans legacy will be built on what he builds on from his Malignaggi and Maidana fights .. if he fights the winner of Alexander and Bradley then somehow wangles a showdown with that Mayweather guy then Khan would seal his greatness with two wins ...

Listen, he has shown an amazing heart by coming to fight Maidana and beating him, but Maoidana didnt ko khan like a ragdoll.

Khan still has the psychological effects it is clear as day, its not that he fought a big pncher its prescott.
I want to see the best fight also like everyone else but thi is boxing and money talks so you have to be real unless you want to stay completely ignorant like some nugget.

That finanicla gain is what is stopping the Peterson fight, and what is stopping the possible mclskey fight.

SO AGAIN I WILL ASK YOU WHO ELSE CAN HE FIGHT IN APRIL? WHILE EVERYONE ELSE IS TIED UP OR RECOVERING I.E BRADLEY ALEXANDER

i AGREE khan is leagues above prescott but its only viable because the lack of oppoents for his april date and because of money.

The reason if my memory serves me right that wlad didnt fight corrie sanders was because he got his big brother to tae care of that.

Khan would show that he is a very good fighter with those wins but not an Great fighter.
