    McCloskey had the centre of the ring for that whole fight...he might not have hit back often enough to win it on points, but the fight did get stopped prematurely on a very unusual stoppage. He didnt run and he didnt breakdance. Nobody knows for sure how it would have ended. BTW McCloskey is Irish, not british.

    Is the statement about McCloskey having the centre of the ring supposed to mean anything? Khan's whole game is based around quick movement around the ring, taking the centre of the ring is rarely the agenda especially against someone as slippery as McCloskey. Taking centre ring would only provide McCloskey with more chances to counter. Flawed arguement.

    That's a fair enough Dom. But that reply was in response to the accusation the McCloskey ran for six rounds which is incorrect.

    "Running" was a poor choice of words but I meant that he wasn't really taking the fight to Khan
