McCloskey v Prescott weigh in vid/news

If Prescott is pants, everyone McCloskey has faced is too. Which might be right.

 

Breen and McCloskey, while paying him his due, argue that they'd make Maidana look foolish. That's a quote

 

Maidana throws ridiculous punches from all sorts of angles though, most of them with mean intent. I see McCloskey going into a shell and getting stopped late on accumulation.

 

I'd Argue that Maidana would beat the **** out of McCloskey.

 

They probably would, to be fair. But it's easy to make even the best look foolish if all you're content on doing is avoiding punches, and not fighting back. A shot Mosley showed this against Pacquiao.

 

It's still a fight I'd like to see. When a fighter makes such predictions, it's good to see if they can back it up. I believe he's willing but yeah, he's definitely the underdog, 65-35.

By the way, were you at the weigh in by any chance? How did Prescott look?

 

Maidana vs McCloskey is a 90/10 fight in Maidana's favor.

 

I heard Prescott had some trouble making weight, is this true?

 

He made it at the 2nd attempt so yeah i guess he had some problems making the weight.

 

I heard he had to leave the arena for 20 minutes and made it on the second attempt. Did not make the weigh-in, no, going up tomorrow. I posted a pic but it's just too big, sorry took it down
