strangely i wanted Prescott to win( im irish) and was honestly dissapointed with his work rate after six. Wanting him to win even i couldnt give anything more genorous than a draw in favour of prescott. anyone who said this was a robbery should go watch sweet pea Chavez, you would have a stroke watching that
it was reli close and cuda went any way, though prescott shud not hav been awarded a knockdown and mccloskey fought with a broken nose from round 2, took prescotts best and kept cumin at him from 7 on mccloskey seemed to be gettin him and if u ask me showed his chin adn heart and seemed to want it more, if he threw more shots wen prescott was onde ropes and stopped pullin bak he mite of stopped him, that left hand to he body was definately wearin down prescott and he is also not used to goin 12 rounds often wer mccloskey is, he showed real heart and grit and IMO just did enuf and deserved it as durin the 2nd half of the fight prescot didnt want to no and looked gased and seemed to b breakin down until the last 45 seconds wer he came on agen
If there were a lot of swing rounds then no robbery should be called. i personally haven't saw the fight so i have no opinions but from what a lot of the writers wrote. The rounds prescott won he won big so if he won 6 rounds plus a kd he should have won. Hence a robbery.
yea so it shouldn't be a robbery then. But as a gambler... i had to adjust the way i bet just bc of these hometown robberies. and i think that is messed up. It makes hard to beat if u just look at ability when u have to factor politics also i think is bull**** that the away fighters have a huge handicap and even that they still can't win.
True. Just thought I would bring it up considering both apparently have a verbal agreement (over twitter lol) to get it on next or something. If it happens it's going to be ridiculously one sided...
