The British forum is a good forum where anybody can air their opinions. There's a good range of opinions, some controversial, and while I often disagree with people I rarely think they are just stirring **** for the sake of it.

As far as the issue of respect goes with the fighters who post on here, no doubt they deserve a bit more respect. But we could do with a bit more respect all around. Big Dunk is a good poster who gets it wrong as much as anyone but who is always willing to back up his opinions and who keeps his ears close to the ground in terms of news -- and yet he gets more **** than anyone on here. Maybe Big Dunk could have been a bit more respectful but it's pretty ironic with people telling him to be more respectful...whilst slagging him off in harsh terms.

At the end of the day a bit of **** being thrown around it to be expected. This is a boxing forum not a knitting group. But all us are guilty of being disrespectful at times. Can't we all just get along? :crying

It was the exactly same as that post but with a comment asking why had it taken 17 pages to get to that conclusion.

You constantly slag boxers off using terms you know you can only get away with because its the internet and you don't have to justify them. Ryan Rhodes yesterday for instance "he should be thrown in the garbage" or words to that effect.

Grow up, it not about getting "battered". When I say you wouldn't say those things to a boxers face I don't mean because of the threat of physical violence. I mean you'd be ashamed to give the opinions that you post here if asked for them in person as you only spout that **** because its on the Internet and you know you don't have to back it up with a reasoned argument.
