Arseholes on this thread need to sort themselves out.

Just look at Frankie at the weigh in yesterday. Even after moving up into a more comfortable weight he looks in great condition.

I disagree. Looks like he hasnt matured. Needs to grow into the weight. With his style big physical fighters will walk through him. Lomax is a big WW will give him a tough fight tonight.

I just dont see how he could ever beat a Urango/Hatton beast type fighter.

Considering he is a welter rob you cant say that he doesnt look in good condition. I geneuinely dont think he has the body type that cuts up like some fighters.

Bellew is the same he isnt body beautiful but you cant say he isnt in condition because for somebody his size to make 175 he must be doing something right.

Gavin is a Light Welter. Hes stated thats where he will be for championship fights.

Its not about being ripped. Look at his back, shoulders and arms they look small. Agree every fighter is different but to me he looks naturally smaller than some Lightweights and Super Feathers.

Regarding Bellew he needs to move up in weight. He needs to build muscle, and fill out as a Cruiser around 190lbs. His strentgh and conditioning coach agrees but Bellew wants to stay at 175 (he discussed it in his Main Event interview)

I agree about Bellew he looks frail an 175lbs, he's lost a lot of muscle mass to make the weight

I do see what you are saying but there is nothing he can do about his body shape or size without compromising his weight. I dont think just because aesthetically he doesnt look all that big or strong means he isnt.

If he has the power and skills to keep a brawler off at world level he will and i dont think you me or anybody can tell that from his body shape at the moment we will be able to tell when he is in the ring. Look at Johnny Owen RIP he looked fragile as anything but would negate his height and reach advantage to scrap on the inside.

Its not just his physique also his performances. Look at Cotto at 140lbs, hes looked like a beast, fought like one. No way someone frankies size can cope.

Or he just has an opinion shared by many experts. A guy Gavins height and frame should never be above 11stone.
