Please Tony, you were gifted a stoppage. It was the worst stoppage I've ever seen in my life. I'm not saying you wouldn't have gone on to win, or that you won't win a rematch, but you'll gain no merit for what happened in the first fight because that decision was a joke. Not your fault the ref fúcked up, but it wouldn't be a win I'd be boasting about. Let's hope you win convincingly and conclusively in the rematch.

 

I have just read the entire thread and it is distrurbing. The fatc that boxers and trainers use trhis website to air their views is brilliant. It brings fans and those who participate in the sport together and their is no harm in a bit of light hearted banter.

But a line as been crossed when a boxer feels the need to reveal key personal information about their lives and the poster(s) who are involved in forcing this disclosure should feel totally ashamed.

 

It doesn't matter. It depends on genetics. Many Mexican boxers struggle to look absolutely shredded, like Margarito did against Pacquiao. A lot of Mexican's have pretty flat physiques or even bad ones, such as Juan Diaz or Brandon Rios.

You can't accuse the guy of being lazy. He may not be physically able to be shredded at 140lbs because of his genetics.

In the ring, where it counts, Gavin doesn't look out of shape, so who cares about his physique? Look at guys like Calzaghe, Pavlik etc.. They aren't beasts.
