I really like McCullogh, he's such a genuine bloke- unlike Hatton. I really think he's a credit to Ireland...such a shame he decided he didn't want to be a citizen of theirs anymore, mind. Still, changing nationality is easily more down to earth than being friends with a bloke who plays for a team you've supported all your life.

That would be an awesome figh for Ireland, I agree jeff. up there with an Arthur v Harrison fight in Scotland.
Very interesting to see also that McCullough says if he wins he wants to fight Dunne, is there bad blood between them?

Can't imagine anyone having bad blood with Wayne. Whats the relationship between Harrison and Arthur? How did their sparring go?

Too dangerous! Imagine Dunne getting hammered by an over the hill man?

Dunne will have to pick his fights now. His chin (among other things)will enable him from every becoming world class anyways

If McCullough wins I'd almost expect McCullough v Dunne to be made next , that's unless McCullough rematches Kiko (but for the European belt) .

There's no bad blood but I think both know fighting the other would bring massive public attention and while both have played down and talked up a proposed fight at different stages I think Brian Peters will be the one deciding whether it happens or not .

Exactly. As I have said before, Dunne simply got caught cold. It happens, & he wil learn from the experience.
I too think Dunne will go far in the sport. & I too agree he should have stuck with Freddie, but like Alex Arthur, they think they know better...

Dunne needs to not drop his hands and keep his chin protected.

Hey Doylexxx, come on! I was just bustin your balls:smoke Dont worry, your not a jinx really;)

As for the on-going trials & tribulations/will he wont he come back, last I heard he tried to get his license back last week, so looks like the comeback is still on, for now... But its all quiet on the scotty front just now apart from that wee snippet

McCullough stopped him in the first , turns out Kiko has a glass chin .

(The fight was called off as Martinez didn't make weight )
