While Small looks solid at the weight, well-conditioned! I fancy Small to score a stoppage!

I'm a bit of a closet Small fan these days. Amusing character and he impressed me against Hall.

I know what you mean...but just as you start to like him, he'll do something which reminds you why he is a tit.

Boxing needs characters...Anthony is a nice guy and you can kinda tell it's a act but he's a nice guy underneath it all and he's a South Londoner so i gotta like him

Think he just needs to cut the negativity out of his game. He's quality when he lets his punches go and stands with his opponent. Sure he can use his speed and footwork at times, but he's too happy to grab up close when he doesn't need to. He has good reflexes and defence and on the occasions he opens up he is a class act.

Yeah i totally agree. i think it was right against Hall...take the sting out of him and take him late...Tyson type fighters fade after early rounds and he fought a nice fight.

Anthony isn't the normal boxer. He has self taught himself from watching videos and i think sometimes he trys to much to replicate what Mayweather does or other fighters such as Jones does rather then fighting the fight he has. He needs to find his own style and just go with it as you say...otherwise he could be in danger against better fighters.

I feel tomorrow he will work in the pocket once he feels comfortable that Mcdonagh can't hurt him which i doubt he can and he will look to put a show on.

His style in itself is okay, he just had a particularly negative mindset in that fight that wouldn't win him fans in the future. The first five rounds were terrible, he'd be lucky to get any of them on the scorecards such was his negativity.

Maybe it was just against Matthew Hall, he's a strong bull like fighter as you say. Hopefully he'll fight like he did in rounds 6, 7 and 8 from the start tomorrow.
