Round 4...McD more than willing to stand and trade. Takes the occasional step back and pops the jab but then gets right back in the mixer. The bodywork is the key for Jamie. Jamoye's pace has definitely slowed after the first 2 rounds. Cracking fight. Jamoye looking for his own jab and it's landing and McDonnell is now on the back foot, his jab looks very weak though. and the body work has disappeared. He needs to keep that up.. and he gets in the a few bodyshots just before the bell. Close round. Jamoye's I reckon. 3-1.
Love Jamoye's style. He's all action but hasn't held once! Could be costly though because McDonnel looks to be getting stronger. 4-1 to Jamoye for me though.
Think McD JUST nicked round 5. Only just though, and his rounds have been close so he's probably down in the fight.
Round 5...good matchmaking gives you fights like this. Jamoye has being busy and McDonnell isn't doing enough. The left hook seems to land every time for Jamoye. McDonnell needs to continue with the bodywork that brought him success earlier. 4-1 Jamoye.
48-47 Jamoyie. The fact McDonnell new about this date for months and Jamoyie for a few weeks could make the difference.
Interesting McDonnell's odds have gone in further, even though Jamoye's winning the longer it goes on.
