Diaz is a walking punchbag. He has NO head movement. So much for his boxing lmao.

Outweighed a guy on fight night by 20 pounds rehydrated and was so predictable. He's just a durable guy.

3 rounds to 2. Conor won.

Even then the 3rd round for most of that Conor was landing at will before he got grabbed against the cage due to Conor gassing a bit. He was never really hurt from the punches, though. Mostly his gas tank was depleting.

I scored the fight 48-47 Conor. He won rds 1,2,4. Nate 3 and 5.

Oh god. I guess the people scoring this fight for Nate, is the same that scored the Jones vs Gustafsson fight for Gus.

Conor won round one, everyone can agree on that. I see people are debating round two. Conor was the aggressor for more than 3 and a half minute of that round + he had two knockdowns. There is no way Diaz could win that round without a knockdown. Yea, Conor was under pressure, but one minute doesn't change the fact, that Conor dominated a big part of that round and scored two knockdowns.

Round four - i though McGregor was done, but he was the better fighter this round. He was the aggressor, and landed the more strikes and more significant strikes. He had the better defence. Diaz only controlled about a minute of the fight with grappling, but Conor landed more and dominated that round. So at this point Conor was up three round to one.

Diaz then won the last round, so it was 48-47 for McGregor. The only question is, if that 3rd round was a 10-8 round. The best possibly result for Diaz in this fight, was a draw. I don't think the 3rd round was a 10-8 round, but i wouldn't complain if two judges scored it that way. It was a close fight - but i still believe round 1, 2 and 4 is pretty easy to score for McGregor, just like round 3 and 5 is easy to score for Diaz. A very, very close fight, but it was kinda easy to name a winner of every round, and Conor has his name on three of the five round.

Clearly won but McG's gas tank is definitely an issue he needs to address.

He gasses because he has too much bulk for his frame. He's not a 170lb fighter evidently.

McGregor won rd 1 just as impressive as Diaz won rd 3.

So if people are contemplating giving Diaz rd 3 10-8 than need to do the same in rd1 for McGregor

My personal opinion is that both rd are 10-9 wins to either fighter.

    :good:good:good

    Absolutely spot on.

I watched the fight again just to be sure and I don't think rd 3 was a 10-8 rd but I agree a case can be made. If you disregard the crowd going wild and Rogan having a loud orgasm then the end of the rd was not as devastating as some may think. 48-47 conor imo and I was cheering for Diaz.

At 155 Diaz won't be as durable. Those punches woulda stopped him.

Diaz needs to retire now.he was already a bit punchy but he was alsrmingly punchy after the fight.he had massive weight advantage at 170,at 155 connor will have better stamina and his punches will hurt more when nate has to cut weight.hes had a lot of hard fights,he should retire now and enjoy the 10m plus he made from the fight instead of brain damaging himself more and going down 2-1 and getting knocked out
