Really Connor was made to look stupid there, the last 3 round he was flopping around like David Price just waiting to go down..

He only didn't go out in the first round because Floyds game plan was for him to tire Connor out and Connor being an elite combat sports athlete obviously knows how to defend and throw a punch. People are making out like he had never seen an action before the way the are carrying on how good he did.

MMA and boxing isn't the same but the fundamentals are, hit and don't get hit but they go about them in different ways BUT it doesn't mean you can't have a little success using the wrong approach..

If Connor faced a top boxer his size he most likely would be hurt badly as he doesn't have the power (due to technique) for boxing nor the stamina which are two things pretty vital to be successful.

I know MMA guys are looking for damage control but ffs these thread are getting worse, accept it your boi talked alot of **** and got owned, boxing in boxing isn't boxing in MMA and being good at one doesn't mean you are going to be good at the other..

Lara would beat McGregror with both hands tied behind his back, one foot cut off, and one eye removed.

 

Maybe MMA fans will pay, but boxing fans won't care. It will ruin McGregor's rep too. He won't be able to secure another fight.

Why would anyone want to see this fight? Besides, McGregor will look like a coward calling out a guy that was a weak puncher at 140.

If he wants to fight a 140 lb guy, at least call out someone active who still wants to fight.

Why not Crawford? That fight would sell, but does McGregor really want to risk his reputation getting his ass whupped by small guys?

At least fight a guy his own size. You know if McGregor calls out Malinaggi, Canelo or GGG are going to be quick to try and get that cash grab. As responsive as McGregor is to insults, it will only be matter of time before McGregor responds and receives a merciless beating because of his mouth.
