I expect most to favor MAB here, but truthfully the McGuigan that beat Laporte, Pedroza, and Taylor has a helluva shot at beating MAB, I think.
Marco Antonio Barerra is one tough customer, Barry McGuigan is a tough guy also, very relentless, bobbing and weaving, pressuring his opponents. Barry even broke a rib of Bernard Taylor, when they met in 1985. Barerra beat Johnny Tapia and Erik Morales on points in 2002. I think this fight goes to the judges cards by the slimmest of margins, Barry by a very thin margin, Barry's face looks like he lost, after a very great war.
Why was MAB never cut and why did Barry's flame go out quickly. There is a difference in class, subtle defense.
