Just noticed Barry McGuigan's Daily Mirror column has not been published in a while. Is he still doing it or just taking a break for a few weeks?

Yeah have noticed that's been missing for a while now. They had a fairly big Burns piece in the Mirror today unlike the Mail though. Jeff Powell has been all over Khan for the last couple of weeks in the Mail but funny enough there's not a mention of the Burns fight in there today!

Wazza's is abysmal. I doubt he actually writes it but today it said that Floyd might well beat Leonard and Robinson and claimed Floyd had the better careers and started comparing their years and numbers, it was cringeworthy stuff.

I have not looked at papers today, must have a scan to see how many are writing about Burns fight tonight.

That was pretty poor stuff, no mention of Robinson's avenging those losses, Leonard was shot by the time he fought Norris. And no mention of the great names that both Leonard and Robinson have on the CV. Mayweather will go down as an all time great, but cannot be compared to either Leonard or Robinson, as he doesnt have the same legacy fights.

Have only seen the Mail (without reading the front half!) and the Mirror. There's probably stuff online on all the newspaper sites about the fights, but thought the Mail could've have given both of tonight's world title fights at least a brief mention in print after Khan has been all over it for the last fortnight.
