He has a punchers chance and is a athletic guy hands down type fighter lacks fundamentals but has enough to cause Cleverly problems. Cleverly is rightly the favorite in this but i think to many people are writing off his chances and i think he could cause a shock. Cleverly has looked good against Africans and Boyle well he just shouldn't of been allowed to fight and Oakey is a small light heavy who relies on work rate. Mcintosh can through some unorthodox shots and has power. It may be a little early for him but i'm not to keen on Cleverly i don't see him as anything special he's neat and tidy but lets see how he deals with Mcintosh a guy who's hungry and strong. I'm looking forward to this and think we could see a shock if Cleverly doesn't prepare well for this guy.
I think he's a better chance than the 4/1 the bookies suggest. 4/1 is a huge underdog in a two horse race. He has some power, not huge, but he's awkward with it which gives him a chance to land a punch Clev does not see. Clev has been hurt in the past, at 168 anyway. His skills aren't very good though, he's a messy fighter leaning all over the place whereas Clev is textbook, fights every minute, and has a lot of variety.
Nah ur on right lines he wasn't on ***** street but your right he had him going i believe he was gassing and got caught and Spartacus went after him i thought he was going to stop him but he gained second wind and caught him soon after.
slim to none mcIntosh is basically a kickboxer not allowed to kick (thats what he looks like to me) that "unorthodoxy" is all smoke and mirrors easy pickings for cleverly, a shut out or late stoppage
He has a chance definitely. He's strong but crude. Cleverly should have the skill and discipline to slowly take him apart though.
I see Cleverly coasting to a one-sided points win. McIntosh looks pretty poor but strong but guys like that tend to get comprehensively taken apart by a slick boxer
mcintosh is crude but strong, yes cleverly has the skills but at light heavy that big one from mcintosh is all it takes plus i like the fact mcintosh has home advantage and the crowd should get him through a few shakey early rounds only for him to get to cleverly and stop him mid-late. mcintosh by ko in the 7th!
