Probably just to hype the fight, unless he believes Mosley will KO Mayweather, I can't imagine him thinking PBF will KO Mosley brutally. I read in one of his interviews that Mayweather wasn't as hard of a fight as he thought it was gonna be but just had the wrong game plan.

 

He thinks he's witty.

He thought of it and now uses it in every interview.

 

It's just to hype a fight and act like it will end in a brutal knockout.

DLH actually had a funny line when he apologized to PETA saying there would be no harming of animals(or something to that effect) after Nazim's line about Mosley being able to knock out any animal that weighed in at 147.

 

IF he meant anything by it, the logical analogy would have been Shane KOing Floyd. Not too many people pick Floyd to KO Shane. Most analysts, writers and odds makers are picking Floyd to win by UD.
