This is not the Lounge, or General. While some abuse is allowed, the childishness you are currently displaying is not very welcome. Clean up your act or I will do it for you.

Don't retreat in a straight line, you're encouraging the guy to charge at you with flurries.
You should retreat incrementally and allow yourself enough room to counter without being way out of range.

The guy is a hoppy go jabby 'boxer'. Dont charge into him, step sharp but advance slowly and move laterally. You look lazy on your feet.

Jabs and crosses have slow recovery. Your lead hand is dropping after a jab.
Head movement is somewhat slow. (depends on your reflexes though)

You step forward into striking range and then raise your guard. Whats the point in doing this? Opponent will either find a hole in it, or simply shatter your guard by deliberately knocking your guard with a hard shot.

Rear hook to body: Dont bend and lean your head forward, this is a common mistake for body punchers. Step to the side and duck/slip if you have to, but facing way off to the side means you have no vision to spot counters. You'll eat something hard and then learn the hard way.

Caution about weaving or slipping to the outside, dont just stop there and eat punches to the side of your head. When you get to the apex of your weave, keep your guard up and pivot around it or bob back to neutral. Come back to neutral or you're going to end up caught in a 'deadzone'.

Stop dropping your guard when you back away.

COMMIT! Easy sparring, but dont lose your speed.

You dont have to agree with me if my tips dont suit your style, but thats what I'd say off the bat.

Thanks for the comments, like you say i was kinda lazy because it was easy sparring and didnt commit, when im sparring with someone with more experience im not as lazy but for some reason i go easy when sparring with inexperienced guys cause i dont wanna look like a liabity taker but im trying to get out of this habbit now because its not good for me obviously or the other boxers. But i do agree with most of your comments.
