    Don't see the point in the first video, but saw one of your padwork videos, not bad pal, whens the fight? I would say thought you need to work on your accuracy, and balance a bit more.

    OP could you pop one up with a wall sit if it's not too much of a ***? Lot of the new chaps here struggle with the technicalities of that move.

    You look in better shape from last time.. but that doesn't really mean anything when it comes to stepping in the ring.

    Also.. I'd just skip those machines. If your trying to build strength or conditioning, there are much better ways to do it than using a machine that limits your range of motion.

    i work that day UPS job. so yeah, my legs are made of steel. and i am a champion of lifting boxes. not shopping bags tho
