As the title says. Yeah, I plan on posting a lot of videos lol. I'm excited to show hand speed drills on friday so you can see how fast I can throw. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g_DMsqpRrjk
Don't see the point in the first video, but saw one of your padwork videos, not bad pal, whens the fight? I would say thought you need to work on your accuracy, and balance a bit more.
I tried to copy your training.| Very effective. But I seem to get stuck at the same point. - up -down - up - down - up - down - up -down - up - down - up - down - ........this is exactly where I forget what comes next. Tricky it is.
That's exactly where I came unstuck too. :deal OP could you pop one up with a wall sit if it's not too much of a ***? Lot of the new chaps here struggle with the technicalities of that move.
Actually I tell a lie Speechy me old mucker. Truth be told it wasn't quite the same spot I came unstuck. I was bowling along nicely, banging 'em out like a pop star I was, until I got: - up -down - up - down - up - down - up -down - up - down - up - down - up -down - up - down - up - down - up - down - up - down ............HERE! ....and not as I originally thought, which was... - up -down - up - down - up - down - up -down - up - down - up - down ..............HERE. Hope this helps. :good ps: OP we mirin' bro. :woot You assisted or natty? :huh
You look in better shape from last time.. but that doesn't really mean anything when it comes to stepping in the ring. Also.. I'd just skip those machines. If your trying to build strength or conditioning, there are much better ways to do it than using a machine that limits your range of motion.
i work that day UPS job. so yeah, my legs are made of steel. and i am a champion of lifting boxes. not shopping bags tho
